For the woman who functions beautifully on the outside and is quietly waiting to come back to herself.
Tuesday, April 21st at 7 PM EST — Live virtual session. One hour. Zoom link sent immediately.
You show up. You deliver. You make things happen in every room you walk into. And still, there is a version of you that you can almost touch but can't quite hold onto.
You are not broken. You are not behind. You are displaced from something you've always carried. And the path back is shorter than you think.
The First Page is a one-hour guided journaling session built on one conviction: the root was never rotten. It just got buried.
"After one session with Patricia, I finally understood what was holding me back for years."
"Patricia's coaching created incredible changes my boss noticed, AND helped me build deeper connections at home!"
"It is amazing how quickly Patricia gets to the root cause and helps turn things around."
Connecting the dots between who you were and who you're becoming
I'm a trauma-informed certified life coach who specializes in helping high-achieving women break free from childhood patterns that no longer serve them.
As a mom of two adults (my youngest is finishing college) and a devoted dog parent, I understand the complexity of juggling multiple roles while trying to stay true to yourself. I've spent years coaching women in leadership positions at Fortune 100 companies, and I've seen the same invisible barriers show up again and again.
What lights me up most? Connecting disparate ideas and watching the "aha moments" happen. I love linking that perfectionist pattern from childhood to why you can't hit "publish" on your project, or connecting people-pleasing behaviors to why you're exhausted by Sunday afternoon.
I've created mentorship programs, devoured countless books on human behavior, and built a practice around one core belief: once you can see the pattern, you can change it.
Most inner work asks you to fix, heal, or become a better version. This is different. This work is built on finding what was always there — your source, your root, the part of you that got buried under years of performing, over-functioning, and choosing everyone else first. Once you find it, everything shifts.
